vaio keys

so i popped off two keys on my vaio laptop a few weeks ago and have been trying to get them back on since then. a friend who thought he knew what he was doing tried, but still i've only been able to get them half on- they're sort of precariously half attached. and the dude at best buy, where i have a warranty was useless.

i found this post, which is probably the same type of keys, but no help or instructions and i can't figure out how to contat this dude!lucky fix for a broken laptop key

any suggestions?
